About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Assistant Operations Manager within our Airline Division. This position falls under our Cargo Charter Group line of business and is located remotely. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing the Crew Accommodations Teams that serve multiple Cargo/Charter Airline clients. You will report directly to the Cargo Charter Group Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with Account Management, Billing, IT, and other operational departments. As a Crew Accommodations Assistant Operations Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipment with remote access Formal, hands-on training

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, training, customer service, or sales support
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Advanced Excel skills for operational data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with travel, hotel, and call center operations
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing environments
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a call center environment

Responsibilities

  • Leading, guiding, and managing shift resources efficiently to maintain workload balance
  • Providing clear direction to Crew Accommodation Supervisors, Leads, and Agents
  • Monitoring tools and systems access for agents to ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Working with Ops Manager to develop workflow management systems across teams
  • Facilitating cross-functional initiatives to standardize global operations processes
  • Creating a culture of engagement, communication, and empowerment
  • Handling escalations and approvals within defined scope
  • Overseeing training programs and ensuring documentation is up to date
  • Managing payroll, PTO, attendance tracking, and team schedules
  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding staff
  • Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
  • Driving initiatives to address service levels and productivity challenges
  • Completing performance evaluations and improvement plans
  • Liaising with Account Managers to communicate client needs and challenges
  • Participating in staff meetings and client operations calls
  • Acting as liaison for other operational departments to resolve issues
  • Mentoring supervisors and team lead
  • Reporting incidents professionally to leadership and HR
  • Utilizing tools and technology to process, track, and report transactions
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of current technology, systems, and processes
  • Working on special projects and other duties as assigned
