Crepe Maker - Patisserie - Aria
About The Position
As a Crepe Maker for the Patisserie at ARIA, you will prepare and present freshly made crepe menu items while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and preparation areas in an elegant pastry and café setting. You will set the stage for an exceptional guest experience with a welcoming smile, friendly service, and attention to detail, ensuring each order is crafted with care and consistency. By understanding guests’ preferences and needs, you will create personalized moments that elevate their visit and help deliver WOW memories that extend far beyond their stay at ARIA.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Work Varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Baker's helper required
Nice To Haves
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant customer service experience in a similar high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Refill crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer
- Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees
- Knowledgeable of retail pastry for wedding and special occasions
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items
- Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- Properly label date on products used in crepes
- Clear tables and counters, sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests when there is no crepe order
- Use and clean equipment such as crepe machine, whipped cream machine, warmer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Panini machine, blender, soda machine, oven and steamer
- Maintain stock volume by restocking the sales floor, receive, unpack and put away deliveries
