Creditors’ Rights Attorney
About The Position
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The role involves assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults, including associated loan restructuring and litigation. The attorney will work on a variety of assignments with multiple attorneys and must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. The anticipated pay range is $145,000–$165,000. Actual salary will depend on job-related factors, including background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience assisting financial institutions with commercial loan defaults, loan restructuring, and associated litigation.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- High ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management skills.
