The Credit Union Advisor II is responsible for building long-term relationships with Members through in-person interactions, video conferencing, and phone calls. This role serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring an exemplary first impression. The advisor will identify Members' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services to address them. A key aspect of this position is providing exceptional service and value, leaving a positive impact on every Member interaction. The role supports TTCU’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, ensuring all actions align with these principles. Duties are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act. This position does not supervise any staff.
