About The Position

The Tax Co-op will assist the team with various tasks related to deal structuring, document management, investor analysis, operational efficiency projects, and tax compliance preparation for 2025. This role involves supporting the team in gathering and organizing information, preparing workpapers and analysis, and contributing to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong attention to details
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe preferred

Responsibilities

• Structure chart preparation for deals
• Document management for deal and entity related information
• Prepare deal and entity checklists
• Prepare investor analysis schedule for deals
• Participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance and improve operational efficiency
• Gather and organize information for 2025 tax compliance
• Prepare workpaper and analysis for 2025 tax compliance
