This job is responsible for assisting with moderate to more complex tasks related to the credit process. Key responsibilities include assisting risk activities including, monitoring financial reporting, coordinating or resolving issues related to onboarding of clients as the first point of engagement for client teams, and supporting coordination of a systematic execution of the credit process in partnership with managers, specified teams, and operations. Job expectations include working with other Enterprise Credit associates and staying current on the bank's policies, procedures, and systems. The Credit Support Associate II (CSA) is an integral role within the end-to-end credit management process for GWIM Credit Services. Primary liaison between Client Partners, Private Wealth Client management teams, and others supporting GWIM. Through extensive interaction with the sales offices and credit teams; the CSA will monitor and report on past due credit facilities. Monitors maturing loans reports and ensuring renewing facilities are entered into the underwriting process in a timely manner. “Internal employees who are currently working from home are still eligible to apply.
