About The Position

Supervision of Senior Credit Analysts, Credit Analysts, and Credit Representatives. Collection and analysis of credit data and accounts to assist Credit Managers in assessing credit risk involved in extending credit to customers. Any other credit duties as assigned by Credit Managers. We are looking for someone who will take initiative and be a strong leader of the credit analysts. Someone who works well with others under pressure and manages others respectfully. The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job. Requirements

• Associates Degree with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
• Commercial collections experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Credit approval for customer accounts with limit of up to $100,000.
• Daily bank deposit and verification of accurate and timely posting to AS400.
• Weekly tracking of bank deposits by branches.
• Implementation of bank letters of credit.
• Implementation of NAFTA documentation for sales department as needed.
• Generation of weekly FSC report for executive management.
• Monitoring, collections and account reconciliation of top ten accounts.
• Generation of monthly reports to TKMNA management
• Customer on-site visits as requested.
• Collaborates with Credit Manager in month end closing procedures.
• Posting to customer accounts.
