About The Position

The Project Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for managing projects of medium complexity, including day-to-day project management of the scope, schedule, cost, quality of projects, analysis, data collection and summarization of findings. The role applies strategic leadership skills and technical expertise to manage cross-functional relationships and provide highly specialized support to the credit risk management organization. Coordination efforts are focused on project management that supports organizational change, remediation, and risk process improvement strategies and objectives. The Project Manager exercises a high degree of independent judgement to develop project plans for projects, including identifying tasks to complete, assigning and acquiring partner resources, and coordinating the delivery of outputs. The role provides leadership to a team, supporting the development of business cases, outlining project goals, and providing terms of reference, resource requirements, and a detailed cost-benefit analysis. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 3-4 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Business and/or a related field of study.
  • Experience in People Change Management methodology, principles, and tools.
  • Technology savvy and AI capable.
  • Familiarity with modeling and AI tools.

  • MBA or PMP Designation

Responsibilities

  • Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs.
  • Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project.
  • Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.
  • Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services.
  • Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
  • Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to course correct.
  • Monitor milestones with accountable owners, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets.
  • Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.
