About The Position

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you’ll help protect the financial health of our business while keeping customers moving forward. From reviewing credit applications and approving equipment orders to evaluating customer accounts and identifying risk, your work will help our teams make smart, timely decisions. Requirements

An associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or equivalent commercial collections experience, with 5+ years of experience managing $1M+ portfolios preferred.
A solid understanding of accounting and credit principles, with the ability to recognize payment trends, assess risk, and make thoughtful recommendations.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the professionalism to navigate challenging situations and build trusted relationships.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with Dun & Bradstreet reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review credit applications, establish new accounts, approve equipment orders, and complete annual customer credit risk reviews in line with company procedures.
Monitor the Accounts Receivable portfolio, evaluate credit limits against balances, identify payment trends, and recommend solutions while meeting service expectations.
Maintain accurate customer financial and collection records, including annual credit limit audits and supporting reporting.
Partner with internal teams, customers, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen policies, resolve account issues, and share collection and dispute-resolution best practices.
