About The Position

The Credit Representative is responsible for promoting and maintaining the utmost integrity of the credit operation and Ocean Casino Resort. We want to provide memorable experiences for all guests both internal and external. Encourage business relationships with all departments including PD, Table Games, Slots, and the Casino Cage.

Requirements

The ability to speak, read and write in English.
Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficient, phone etiquette, and computer knowledge.
Preferably 3+ years of credit related experience in a high-volume casino.
General business and casino credit knowledge.
Knowledge of New Jersey Casino Control Act.
Uphold a Casino License by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Responsibilities

Processing credit applications while following all federal, state, and local regulations.
Complying with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Supporting departmental business goals and strategies.
Communicating with all departments and guests in a professional manner.
Resolving guest related concerns positively to drive future trips and guest loyalty.
Preparing credit files, running necessary reports, and inputting information into Ocean Casino Resort software.
Following the direction of the Credit Executive on duty and understanding the chain of command.
