About The Position
Responsible for posting customer account payments, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Posting cash receipts and making AR adjustments
- Processing credit card payments
- Reconciling Kerusso ecommerce accounts
- Reviewing credit profiles and public information for new applicants
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Monthly customer account statements
- Posting credit memos for customer returns
- Internal employee orders
- Monitor customer accounts, incoming orders and open invoices
- Perform collection duties for customer past due balances
- Communication with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies and complaints
- Invoicing orders for outgoing shipments
- Reviewing existing accounts for creditworthiness
- Any other job duties that may be as assigned by the credit manager as needed
