About The Position

As a Credit Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring credit tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. This may include pulling preliminary documentation such as credit reports, flood determinations and UCC’s, updating loan rate indexes and pricing matrixes, assisting with loan reporting, processing check requests to pay outstanding loan invoices and applying payments to participation loans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of Banking experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred

Responsibilities

• Pulling preliminary documentation such as credit reports, flood determinations and UCC’s
• Updating loan rate indexes and pricing matrixes
• Assisting with loan reporting
• Processing check requests to pay outstanding loan invoices
• Applying payments to participation loans
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members
