The ideal candidate for the Credit and Collections Analyst role will perform activities within the Credit and Collections department for assigned locations. This includes implementing company policies and procedures related to credit and collection, effectively handling delinquent accounts, and investigating customer and supplier credit risks. This is an onsite role located at 5620 112th St E, Ste 126 Puyallup, WA 98373. Requirements

  • At least two (2) years credit and collections experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement and adhere to company credit/collection policies, practices and procedures across one or multiple geographic areas.
  • Recommend and/or approve decisions regarding adjustments to customer accounts, and referral of overdue accounts for legal action.
  • Coordinate area collection decisions with management teams and sales departments.
  • Manage delinquent customer receivables, negotiate special customer payment plans and participate in development of financial packages.
  • Monitor credit activity including monthly review of large accounts, location compliance with credit policies and procedures, lien laws and sales tax laws.
  • Work closely with Credit Management and field leadership to resolve difficult collection cases.
