As Credit and Collateral Analyst, you'll support JPC's Operations and Client Services teams with real visibility into client transactions, credit decision-making, and leadership operations. Reporting to the SVP of Portfolio Management and COO, you'll own key parts of the collateral and financial review process while engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or operations
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit, collateral analysis, audit, or field examinations
  • Demonstrated interest in financial services, credit analysis, or structured transactions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe, and AI platforms
  • Analytical with the ability to synthesize financial and operational data

Responsibilities

  • Intake, organize, and track client collateral materials and supporting documentation
  • Review, assemble, confirm and prepare collateral packages for internal and client-facing use
  • Coordinate document flow and maintain version control
  • Collect and review financial statements and business information from clients
  • Summarize key financial data and business insights for internal use by the CEO, Credit Committee, and Account Executives
  • Assist in compiling reports and presentation materials for decision-making meetings
  • Serve as a primary operational contact for select clients, under guidance from senior staff
  • Provide status updates and coordinate responses to client and internal requests
  • Participate in Credit Committee meetings and have a voice in internal process reviews
  • Participate in in-person meetings with clients.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to internal documentation and process manuals
  • Be a culture-carrier: offer insight, energy, and ideas to help shape how JPC grows
