Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2 years of relevant experience making credit decisions in a credit analyst, credit underwriting or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial and credit information.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Credit Risk: Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial information, credit reports, and references to establish appropriate credit limits.
• Make Credit Decisions: Make informed credit decisions within established authority levels and provide recommendations on higher-risk accounts.
• Monitor Reports and Accounts: Monitor credit-related reports and account activity to identify concerns and support proactive risk management.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Accounts Receivable and store leadership teams to maintain healthy customer accounts and resolve credit-related issues.
