The Credit Analyst II role involves reviewing and analyzing documentation to ensure loan files are complete and accurate. This includes verifying information such as title commitments, UCC filings, environmental reports, appraisals, flood insurance, and tax documentation. The analyst will review loan documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, dates, and signatures. Responsibilities also include tracking and following up on file maintenance, monitoring loan files for accuracy and suggesting improvements, and confirming that all booked loans have proper approvals and signatures. A key part of the role is preparing monthly reports for Senior Management based on findings. The position may also involve maintaining and balancing commercial loan holdover accounts and reviewing the underwriting of tax returns and financial statements. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC, is mandatory. Regular, on-site attendance during standard business hours is required. Additional responsibilities include participating in community service and bank-sponsored activities, providing superior customer service, and completing required training.
