About The Position

The Credit Analyst I will analyze financial data, formulate recommendations for credit structures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (business, finance or other related field preferred).
• 2 years of experience in credit/underwriting (preferably in equipment finance).
• Proficient in Microsoft office series (excel, word, outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Works well within a team oriented, fast paced culture.
• Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information.

• Experience in equipment finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, including bank statements, balance sheets, statements of cash flows, business and personal credit reports.
• Formulate recommendations with appropriate credit structures to provide effective risk mitigation.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations through strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address appropriate credit issues.
• Build relationships with customers and various departments within the organization.
• Ensure timely review of assigned transactions and credit facilities for new requests.
• Special credit related projects as needed.
