About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Farmington is seeking an Entry-Level Credit Analyst/Finance Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining relationships with auto lenders, processing car deals, and managing all associated paperwork. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong attention to detail, and have an interest in finance. This position operates out of the nicest Mercedes-Benz dealership in Utah, which is equipped with great employee and guest amenities, including an in-house work-out facility. Loan processing or credit report experience a plus
Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions

Responsibilities

Maintain positive relationships with major auto lenders.
Process car deals, print, package, and scan paperwork.
Prepare and send documents to lenders for funding.
Package deals and fund contracts.
Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account.
Update notes in Dealer Bible for all unfunded deals.
Send/scan all F&I contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
Work directly with sales staff; does not interact directly with customers.
