Credit Administrative Analyst
About The Position
This role involves assisting commercial loan officers with underwriting loan requests, including gathering financial information, preparing statements, and writing credit briefs. It also includes construction loan management, on-site inspections, assisting with annual loan reviews and board reports, and supporting branch responsibilities. The position emphasizes personal and professional development, supporting bank initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with teammates. A key aspect is delivering excellent customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs, and developing comprehensive product knowledge.
Requirements
- Assist commercial loan officers with underwriting loan requests.
- Request all necessary financial information.
- Spread business financial statements.
- Prepare Global Cash Flow worksheet.
- Write credit briefs and credit memos.
- Assist loan officers with construction loan management.
- Perform on-site building inspections when needed.
- Assist CCO in conducting annual loan reviews.
- Assist CCO in preparing monthly and quarterly board reports.
- Assist with branch responsibilities as needed.
- Complete all assigned training by the required deadlines.
- Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Be growth minded.
- Enthusiastically support bank initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with branch and interdepartmental teammates.
- Deliver unmatched service by consistently executing the MCB PROMISE.
- Handle internal customer assignments in an efficient, timely manner.
- Answer the telephone using MCB protocol.
- Warmly transfer calls when necessary.
- Develop a conversational competence about all bank products.
