Job Summary: Coordinates the appointment, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes (under the Manager/Medical Staff Services' general supervision) for medical and allied health staff members in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Responsible for maintaining medical and allied health staff members' information in existing systems. Provides information to requesting departments, hospitals, and agencies. Plans, coordinates, and performs administrative activities for medical staff meetings and special affairs; assists the manager and committee chairs with fulfilling required functions.
