Coordinates timely implementation of the credentialing function for the medical/dental staff and allied health care providers. Ensures proper credentials verification for appointment/reappointment of all medical/dental staff and allied health care providers of the Hospital's facilities. Oversees maintenance of departmental data bases which guide identifying physician information throughout the Hospital's facilities.
