We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.

Requirements

2–10 years of professional experience
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Behavioral Health or Healthcare
Strong understanding of CAQH attestations and processing
Proficient in Excel and Word
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally about past accomplishments
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Stay organized and effectively manage priorities
Communicate proactively and regularly with the Credentialing Manager
Be approachable, receptive to feedback, and open to learning
Consistently meet deadlines and team goals
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and look for opportunities to improve processes

Nice To Haves

1–5 years of credentialing experience preferred
Delegated Credentialing experience preferred
Google Suite experience preferred

Responsibilities

Prioritize and complete work accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines
Maintain Availity database additions, changes, and verification requests
Maintain provider/group demographic information and process updates accurately
Participate in delegated credentialing projects and complete assigned special projects
Resolve payer information requests in a timely manner
Review provider/group demographic changes, identify credentialing concerns, and obtain additional information as needed
Facilitate payer calls to address contracting or credentialing issues
Train Specialists and support enrollment processes across dual markets
Contribute to team efforts and complete additional duties as needed
