About The Position

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing workforce support services. Creates and maintains credentialing files and updates information in appropriate database. Ensures clinical staff licensure and certifications remain current. Supports talent acquisition and student placement tasks as assigned. Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, electronic filing, data entry and reception coverage. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment. Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality required.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities required.
  • Valid drivers’ license and insurance required.
  • Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in human resources preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare credentialing preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements affecting credentialing and human resources functions preferred.
  • Experience working in human resource information system preferred.
