About The Position

Smile America Partners is the Nation's Largest In-School Dental Program, dedicated to changing children's lives for over 20 years. We are seeking a self-driven Credentialing Specialist to join our team in our Farmington Hills, MI office. This role will support our credentialing department in providing dental care to children in need.

Requirements

Database Management
Collecting Information from Colleagues and Securing it within the database
Ensuring Accuracy & Completeness Inside Database
Reaching out to partner Organizations to Collect Information for Database
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Navigating Complex Phone systems of Government bureaucracies to obtain live agents
Communicate Complicated Ideas through Email
Explain Oneself Through Email to Groups of Colleagues and Partners
Phone Communication with New Professionals Joining the Team
Ability to Roam Outside of One’s Comfort Zone to Obtain Information from both Inside and Outside the Organization
General Administrative skills: Mailings, logistics, and organizing files
Identifying Department Priorities and Executing Most Pressing Concerns
