About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing provider credentialing, enrollment processes, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely onboarding and reimbursement. You will work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to minimize credentialing-related claim denials and maintain network participation. This is a remote position based in Gurugram, India.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer compliance.
• Proficiency in CAQH, PECOS, and other credentialing platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Passion for ensuring compliance and efficiency.
