About The Position

The Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process, ensuring that our physicians are able to work as contracted. This role is an integral part of the team at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, working closely with internal delivery teams, physicians, and healthcare facilities nationwide. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support the mission of providing innovative solutions to healthcare problems. This position is located on-site at the office in Windham, New Hampshire, with an opportunity to work from home 1-2 times a week after 6 months of employment.

Requirements

• Experience working in a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, utilizing time management and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their unique credentialing processes.
• Ensure completion of all details involved in provider credentialing files, in accordance with Medicus standards.
• Communicate frequently and provide consistent credentialing updates to providers, clients, and internal delivery teams.
• Provide world-class customer service via phone and email correspondence.
• Maintenance of physician personnel files and physician database.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
