About The Position

Founded in 1993, Dean's Professional Services is a staffing firm providing workforce solutions to clients across the country. As a Credential Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements by managing and verifying candidate credentials. This is an internal position based at our Houston office, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credentialing, compliance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • staffing industry experience is a plus
  • experience with ATS systems (BullHorn a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and maintain documentation for candidates, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, client-specific requirements, and internal policies.
  • Communicate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage credentialing deadlines and maintain accurate records in our systems, including BullHorn.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
