About The Position

This position involves Radiology Administrative Support Duties, Physician Credentialing and Licensure Tracking duties, and Various Support and Communication duties for the 3D Print Lab. The role performs a wide variety of complex administrative activities for a Section Chief or VP, and/or others as assigned. Essential functions include scheduling appointments and meeting locations, coordinating business events, managing travel arrangements, developing travel itineraries, completing reimbursement requests, providing excellent customer service, anticipating problems and proposing solutions, coordinating special projects, potentially assisting in training and orientation of colleagues, and creating moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets, and visual presentations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.
  • 3 years administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment may be desired.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules appointments and meeting locations; coordinates business events.
  • Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel and car rental.
  • Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards.
  • Responsible for completion of reimbursement requests.
  • Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advance.
  • Coordinates special projects within assigned department.
  • May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
