About The Position

Healthcare Revenue Group (HRG) has handled medical billing, credentialing, and payer contracting for practices nationwide for 26+ years. Every team member is U.S.-based, and our work runs inside each client's own systems. We need a credentialing professional who can hit the ground running and join our close-knit and collaborative team!

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on medical credentialing experience on the provider side (as opposed to the payor side) (required)
Bachelor's or associate degree (required)
Must live in the U.S.
Sharp attention to detail
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Ability to work independently across multiple deadlines
Business attire and a clean background for client video calls

Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollments and re-credentialing applications with commercial and government payers.
Manage contracting with insurance carriers from start to finish.
Ensure CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals stay current and accurate for every provider.
Serve as the point of contact between payers, providers, and the internal team, keeping onboarding and updates moving.
Document work and track every file's status inside each client's systems and payer portals.
