Credentialed Multi-Grade Teacher Spanish Immersion & Academic Support
About The Position
Creative STEAM Academy is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and highly organized Credentialed Elementary Teacher for a unique full-time hybrid role. This position is not a traditional one-classroom, one-grade-level role. The teacher will be responsible for leading classes, supporting students across grades 2-6, providing small-group and individualized instruction, assisting in multi-grade classrooms, teaching Spanish immersion, and supporting school operations and special projects. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to learn the administrative side of education and grow into school leadership or administration.
Requirements
- A credentialed teacher
- Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish
- Comfortable teaching and supporting students across grades 2–6
- A strong classroom teacher who can confidently step in and lead when needed
- Passionate about helping students who need additional academic support
- Patient, encouraging, and skilled at building student confidence
- Comfortable differentiating instruction for different ability levels
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever support is needed
- Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented
- Interested in school operations, administration, or educational leadership
- Excited to continue learning beyond the classroom
- Interested in growing professionally as our organization grows

Responsibilities
- Teach and lead classes across grades 2–6 as needed
- Teach engaging Spanish immersion classes and activities
- Support teachers in combination and multi-grade classrooms
- Lead small-group instruction and targeted student pull-out groups
- Provide individualized academic support and intervention
- Tutor students who need additional reinforcement or academic challenge
- Help students strengthen foundational skills and build academic confidence
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify student needs and provide additional support
- Step into classrooms when additional teaching support is needed
- Help differentiate instruction for students working at different academic levels
- Bring creativity, energy, and flexibility to a hands-on learning environment
- Support day-to-day school operations
- Assist with student and family records
- Help coordinate school events, field trips, and special programs
- Support event planning and logistics
- Assist with basic administrative and billing processes
- Help with family communications and program organization
- Support enrollment and operational projects
- Work alongside school leadership on special projects and initiatives
- Learn the systems, processes, and responsibilities involved in educational administration
