About The Position

impact.com is seeking a Creator Relations Manager to lead creator growth, retention, and strategic development across a portfolio of creators on the platform. This role is responsible for owning and executing strategies that drive creator success, engagement, and monetization. The Creator Relations Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment to identify opportunities, prioritize efforts, and determine the most effective approach to developing creator partnerships. This role serves as a strategic advisor to creators, leveraging data insights, industry knowledge, and platform expertise to guide decision-making and influence outcomes. The Creator Relations Manager will proactively manage relationships, develop tailored growth strategies, and drive measurable impact across creator performance and platform adoption. This position plays a critical role in shaping the creator experience and contributing to broader business objectives through optimization, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with creators & managing creator relationships
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Loves talking on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills including experience with Google Sheets
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging experiences and content tailored to creator audiences
  • A self-starter mentality & drive for excellence
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to digest data and turn it into shareable & actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of creators, acting as a strategic advisor to support their growth and long-term success
  • Build and maintain high-impact relationships, establishing trust and influencing creator engagement and platform adoption
  • Independently assess creator needs and determine the most effective engagement and support strategies
  • Develop and execute customized growth strategies to help creators expand brand partnerships and increase earnings
  • Analyze individual and network-wide data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Make independent decisions on creator prioritization, outreach strategy, and growth initiatives to maximize impact
  • Strategically identify, evaluate, and recruit creators aligned with platform goals, exercising judgment in selection and engagement approach
  • Determine which creators present the highest potential value and develop targeted strategies to onboard and activate them
  • Own performance tracking for creator portfolio, using data to inform decisions, optimize strategy, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Leverage analytics to influence both creator behavior and internal business decisions
  • Partner with data teams to refine reporting and uncover insights that shape broader creator strategy
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and creator experience
  • Lead testing and optimization efforts (e.g., A/B testing, messaging strategies, campaign approaches) to improve performance outcomes
  • Utilize tools, automation, and AI to streamline workflows and increase team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to provide insights and influence platform enhancements and creator-facing initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert on creator trends, informing internal strategy and decision-making
