This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, loves building relationships, and gets excited about viral content and creative campaigns. In this position, you will discover new talent, launch exciting campaigns, and help creators produce content seen by millions, connecting incredible creators with a brand focused on making kitchens happier.

- Help negotiate partnership terms and compensation.
- Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Keep creator campaigns organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
- Review content to ensure it matches our brand and quality standards.
- Find fresh opportunities to grow our creator community and expand our reach.
