About The Position

TubeScience is seeking a Creator Coordinator to support reporting, logistics, and creator-network data. The role works closely with the creator team to keep tracking, communication, scheduling, and reporting current and accurate. The coordinator serves as a first point of contact for new creators, organizes onboarding and introductory meetings, routes creator questions to the right people, and helps scout new talent. This position suits an organized, fast-moving person who thrives on operational and reporting work in the creator economy.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in creator sourcing, talent recruitment, influencer marketing, casting, talent relations, or a similar talent role.
Strong organizational and operational skills, including the ability to manage multiple creator schedules and onboarding tasks simultaneously.
Systems thinking and comfort with automation or AI tools and workflow platforms.
Detail-oriented tracking and compliance skills.
Fluency in digital content culture, including the ability to recognize good content and find the people who create it.
Must be able to overlap with Los Angeles business hours despite the role being remote.
Strong written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Experience using creator or influencer platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Cohley, or TikTok Creator Marketplace.
Background at a creator management agency, MCN, or talent representation firm.
Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staff creator onboarding logistics, including sending department onboarding forms, adding creators to the roster, scheduling introductory meetings with the department, and assisting the department head with scheduling other introductory meetings.
Manage staff creators' overall schedules and ensure stakeholders know when creators are unavailable for new jobs.
Coordinate staff creator availability for in-studio requests and verify firewalls.
Route staff creator questions to the appropriate channel.
Maintain department trackers, including client Creator Programs, and SOPs in real time, ensuring nothing remains open overnight.
Collect staff creator feedback every three months and report findings.
Track compliance and data in Creators channels and provide monthly reporting.
Coordinate staff creator workshops and events.
Build and maintain a creator database tracking specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and past performance, and add newly onboarded creators to it.
Help grow the talent pipeline by proactively scouting staff creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
