Responsibilities

• Creative at Translation means making work that earns its place in culture — not just in the feed.
• Our Art Directors bring visual ideas to life with intention and craft, leading with a point of view and sweating every detail from concept through execution.
• Our Copywriters shape the language of brands, finding the line, the headline, and the story that makes people stop and feel something.
• Both disciplines work in close collaboration across campaigns, brand identity, social, experiential, and beyond.
• Whether you're a seasoned creative who's led campaigns for major brands, or an up-and-coming talent with a strong book and a sharper instinct, we're building a bench that reflects the full range of what great creative looks like.
