Creative Videographer & Producer

Hyperbound•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Hyperbound is hiring its first dedicated Videographer & Video Producer to bring its products, customers, and stories to life through video. The role owns the creative process from concept to final cut and works closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to make complex technology easy to understand and compelling. It is a hands-on opportunity to build the company's video production capability from the ground up, with a part-time or full-time arrangement available. The producer creates short- and long-form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta, including customer interviews, founder content, product-launch videos, campaigns, and social, web, and sales edits. The position involves developing concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production plans; filming and directing; editing and finishing; and incorporating feedback to deliver polished, accurate work. As the first dedicated video hire, this person will establish efficient workflows and decide when to handle work independently or bring in external partners. The role calls for creative ownership, end-to-end production skills, technical production craft, motion and design capability, resourcefulness, and effective collaboration. Hyperbound describes its team as high-trust, autonomous, fast-moving, and focused on learning from customers and improving its work.
