About The Position

The MAS Residency program is a 20-week program designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the experiential marketing industry. It offers fresh minds the opportunity to immerse themselves in the agency's world and client work, hone their skills, discover new interests, and collaborate with industry experts. Residents will contribute to the agency's perspective, build their portfolios, and gain substantial work samples. This is not a role for "coffee runners" but for "cultural collaborators" who are ready to go above and beyond, learn relentlessly, push boundaries, and think creatively. Creative Strategy at MAS involves building strategies that connect brands with audiences in unique and meaningful ways, which can include determining brand presence, translating objectives into compelling stories, or crafting social strategies using cultural insights. For this specific role, an exceptional writer, aspiring marketer, and passionate creative thinker is sought to support the Strategy team with RFPs, client projects, and internal initiatives.
