About The Position

O Positiv Health is a Los Angeles-based women’s health company dedicated to supporting women through all life stages with innovative, science-backed products. Since 2018, O Positiv has addressed overlooked women's health issues, breaking taboos with products for PMS, hormone balance, vaginal health, digestion, menopause, and conception. Their products are available nationwide at major retailers and online. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a creative, purpose-driven marketer to join their team and contribute to the women's health revolution. The role involves shaping performance marketing creative strategies across digital channels, focusing on ads that perform and convert while maintaining brand integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, stay updated on ad trends, generate innovative ideas, and make data-driven decisions. This position reports to the Director of Creative Performance and involves collaboration with other Creative Strategists and Marketing Acquisition teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of direct response DTC eCommerce marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with pre-production including scripting and planning.
  • Adaptable to new social platforms, AI, and advertising technologies.
  • Impact-oriented with strong project management skills and a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Thoughtful and self-reflective, with a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and synthesize into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and lead with empathy.
  • Comfortable with change and excited about startups or e-commerce.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon and Retail is an added bonus.
  • Experience at startups or in e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ad ideation and production with imaginative ideas.
  • Manage robust ad production processes and ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze ad performance across paid media and email campaigns to inform strategic creative direction.
  • Lead with empathy to inspire cross-team collaboration and promote productivity.
  • Implement innovative advertising strategies by staying ahead of trends.
  • Communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Pitch winning ideas based on a strong understanding of the media landscape.
  • Develop ideas into creative strategies for implementation across various channels.
  • Facilitate creative ideation and encourage contributions from others.
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed briefs for design, video, and email teams.
  • Oversee the timely delivery, review, and approval of high volumes of ads and creative assets.
  • Advocate for a consistent brand voice across all channels without sacrificing performance.
  • Collaborate with acquisition and retention teams to align creative strategies with new product launches.
