About The Position
Eastern Kentucky University Athletics is seeking a part-time Creative Assistant/Sports Information Director to support the athletic communications and creative content operations for EKU's intercollegiate athletics programs. This position works closely with the Athletic Communications staff to produce graphics, video, statistics, and game-day content across assigned sports.

- Produce graphics, video, statistics, and game-day content across assigned sports
- University Driver classification
Responsibilities
- Provide game-day media coverage (live stats, scoring, official box scores) for assigned sports
- Design social media graphics, hype videos, and promotional content for team and department accounts
- Write game recaps, feature stories, and press releases for the athletics website
- Assist with photography and videography at home athletic events
- Maintain and update sport-specific statistics, records, and historical data
- Support NCAA compliance reporting related to statistics submission
- Collaborate with the Creative Services and Marketing teams on branded content
- Manage or support official social media accounts for assigned sports
- Assist with credentialing, media relations, and visiting team services on game days
