About The Position

The Marketing and Creative Services Producer will be responsible for developing client commercials, promotions, and image campaigns from concept to completion. This role requires creative scripting, shooting, graphics/animation, and editing experience. A reel must be submitted for consideration. The producer will facilitate client commercial production, including shooting and editing, and collaborate with local stakeholders and company peers on conceptualization and production of on-air station image and promotion, with a primary focus on news. The role involves maintaining a variety of projects, working with varying production styles, and employing strong customer service skills. Extensive experience in editing and creating animations for projects on deadline is essential, utilizing After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats
• Broad understanding of marketing and design. Ability to translate brand visual identity and style guides into day-to-day project creation.
• Software skills required include Adobe Creative Suite production package including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder on a PC platform
• The position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility in breaking news situations
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a strong understanding of fundamental design, a strong sense of color, typography, and composition
• Meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Must have strong communication skills to communicate project status, assets needed, expectations, and provide customer service skills across a large group.
