Creative Services Director - Whns
About The Position
FOX Carolina, Palmetto Sports and Entertainment, and Telemundo Carolina del Sur need an experienced and talented media professional to lead our Creative Services team. As our Creative Services Director, you’ll lead marketing efforts for all our stations and digital products and manage commercial production. You’ll create innovative, compelling outside media campaigns, driving viewership to all of our local brands. The top candidate will have media production skills to produce compelling commercials and station marketing campaigns. We need a leader who can work well with all areas of the station and our advertisers. Compensation is based on experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing TV/Digital marketing efforts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in establishing long-range strategies and plans
- Experience in guiding, directing, coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Great storytelling with strong written, shooting, and editing abilities
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Managing the Creative Services team
- Working with the sales manager to create revenue-generating promotions
- Helping our local advertisers create effective messages
- Working with the News Director and General Manager on marketing campaigns for FOX Carolina News, Palmetto Sports, and Telemundo Carolina del Sur news teams
- Working with community organizations on events sponsored by our station
