The Creative Resource Manager at BPI plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day resourcing of the Creative department, helping ensure we have the right talent on the right work at the right time. Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations, this role helps manage creative allocations, capacity, availability, and freelance needs across the department. You’ll partner closely with Creative leadership, Creative Operations, and teams across client services and Production to understand upcoming needs, identify gaps early, balance workloads, and help our creative teams stay supported and set up to deliver their best work.
