The Creative Project Manager works closely with the creative team, overseeing projects from the planning phase through delivery. Furthermore, they collaborate with creative resourcing for program staffing and identify when additional resources need to be engaged. They support the creative lead with scoping during the planning phase of all projects, including involvement in the PM grid process and contributing where possible.
