About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Creative Project Manager to oversee brand, social, and web project deliverables. This role partners closely with the Director of Communications to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans. This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) designed for a professional who thrives on keeping creative teams focused and high-priority projects on track.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years managing creative projects, preferably in an agency or fast-growing organization.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple projects and client contacts at the same time in a fractional role.
  • Creative Understanding: You dont need to be a designer, but you should understand how creative work gets done (video timelines, web sprints, file types, etc.).
  • Proactive Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative concepts.
  • Tools: Experience with project management platforms (like Monday.com) and collaboration tools (like Figma).
  • A strong commitment to the values and mission of Forest Hill Church.
  • Respectful and proactive communication and cooperation across all interactions.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability to their work and role.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
  • Capable of handling sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate passion for serving the local church and engaging all generations through Bible principles and essentials, stewarding role with excellence and aligning actions with goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud design programs, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects)
  • Event and/or portrait photography experience

Responsibilities

  • Workflow Management. Build and maintain the "production machine" for graphics, photography, video, and web projects.
  • Timeline and Milestone Tracking. Develop detailed project schedules and ensure every team memberinternal or freelancehits their deadlines.
  • Resource Allocation. Work with the Director to assign tasks to the right creatives based on bandwidth and skill set.
  • Asset and Stakeholder Coordination. Facilitate the feedback loop between the Director and the creative team, ensuring all comments are consolidated and addressed.
  • Vendor Liaison. Manage relationships and delivery schedules with external printers, web developers, specialized freelance talent and high-capacity volunteer.
  • Quality Assurance. Conduct final checks on deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and technical specs before they go live.
