About The Position

Bayland Health is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their in-house creative studio. This role is crucial for managing the workflow of packaging, retail, and marketing projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of ensuring creative excellence at scale by protecting the quality of output and the time of the creative team. This position requires someone comfortable holding stakeholders accountable, pushing back on incomplete briefs, and maintaining process discipline while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative project management, traffic management, creative operations, or production coordination within an in-house creative team, agency, or consumer brand environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects from intake and briefing through production, review, approval, and final delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Workfront, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating a range of creative deliverables, including packaging, digital, eCommerce, social media, video, print, or other marketing assets.
  • Working knowledge of packaging and marketing production processes, including proofing, version control, print or file specifications, approval workflows, and final asset handoff.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at our Bellevue, Washington office.

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, dietary supplements, food and beverage, beauty, or another consumer product category.
  • Experience building or improving creative intake processes, project workflows, templates, dashboards, or studio operating procedures.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, packaging development, or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, legal, or compliance review processes for packaging and marketing materials.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate project risks and resolve issues.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to build trust with both creative teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative intake process, serving as the first point of contact for all project requests.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for completeness, prioritize against existing workload, and ensure proper scoping.
  • Develop and maintain project briefs in partnership with stakeholders, gathering necessary information for the creative team.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for timely, consolidated feedback through a clear review and approval process.
  • Manage project timelines and studio capacity, building realistic schedules and flagging risks.
  • Track all active projects in PM software, ensuring it is the single source of truth for workload and status.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and status communications, providing regular updates and escalating issues.
  • Oversee packaging and marketing project workflows, developing tailored templates and checklists.
  • Continuously improve studio processes by identifying friction points and implementing solutions.
