We are looking for a Denver-based Creative Program Manager to join our team at Wordbank, a global marketing localization agency that helps streaming entertainment brands reach, engage, and retain international audiences. You will be a self-driven impact player who owns and optimizes end-to-end global workflows to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets (e.g., synopses, title cards, and artwork) at scale. You will manage a team of Production Coordinators who ensure the work is done, rather than producing the assets yourself, and serve as the strategic partner responsible for operational excellence. Your focus will be on setting direction, overseeing production needs, and establishing and optimizing workflows, while ensuring consistency and quality across high-volume asset requirements for streaming clients.
