About The Position

Meow Wolf is proud to provide one of a kind experience to university students through our internship program. We are currently working on building a Meow Wolf exhibition in Los Angeles, CA and are looking for creative, passionate interns to join our installation team to take this exciting project to completion. This is a part-time internship with no more than 29 hours per week and is expected to be in person at the Los Angeles project site. Students will be paid $18.00 per hour and will be working with company leaders and experts in their field.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a LA-based college or university.
• Live within commuting distance of Los Angeles for the internship time period.
• Discretion. Many of our projects are still a secret.
• Commitment and self-directed initiative.
• Availability for the entire Internship duration from June 8th-August 14th, 2026
• This is a part-time position, to be within the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of work plans and schedules.
• Schedule meetings, create agendas, and take notes with after action plans.
• Plan for off site reviews with creative leaders and vendors.
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote that will be shared with other team members, executive leadership, the media, or the public.
• Work with collaborating artists to ensure installation is on track.
• Evaluate staffing plans to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
