About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus-size brands and thousands of products. PROGRAM DETAILS: This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Production Intern to support key initiatives within our Creative Services team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, creative leaders, and production partners to support the development of visual assets and creative concepts across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Design, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to help develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns
  • Create layouts, mood boards, storyboards, and mockups for digital and print media
  • Support creative team members during photoshoots and production initiatives
  • Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and art directors to refine creative assets based on feedback
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks and presentation materials for internal reviews
