SKIN, Well People, and new business initiatives. This role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and China-based stakeholders to request, track, and ship a wide range of samples (components, cartons, and bulk product) for VM, PDP, video, and campaign shoots, packaging refreshes, seasonal launches, international SKU needs, and holiday programs. The Coordinator maintains real-time tracking tools to ensure sample availability, supports studio inventory readiness, and oversees packing and logistics to keep production timelines on schedule. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate product representation, packaging consistency, and on-time delivery of creative assets to support retail and e-commerce launch deadlines
