About The Position

Flighthouse is looking for a Creative Producer to help lead the next phase of our owned brands: developing, producing, and evolving content across platforms with a focus on scale, speed, and cultural relevance. This role is responsible for driving content from idea through execution: building on existing formats, launching new series, and pushing creative forward in a way that grows audience and engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, direct shoots, manage talent, and oversee post-production to ensure everything we put out is sharp, platform-native, and built to perform. You may also support client content capture, and other Flighthouse productions, on an as-needed basis, bringing the same creative and production rigor to brand and partner projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content production, social, or a related creative role
  • A strong understanding of short-form and platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Ability to think both creatively and operationally: you can generate ideas and execute them without hand-holding
  • Experience directing shoots and working hands-on with talent or creators
  • Strong instincts for what performs: paced, structured, and optimized for engagement
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment where testing and learning is constant
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts across production timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in sports is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of content across Flighthouse owned brands (with a focus on Fieldhouse and/or Screenhouse), from ideation through post-production
  • Build on existing formats while developing and testing new series to drive growth and engagement
  • Direct shoots on set: guiding creative, managing talent/guests, and ensuring content is captured at a high level
  • Guide post-production, working closely with editors to shape final outputs that are platform-native and performance-driven
  • Source and manage talent/guests, ensuring a consistent pipeline of relevant and compelling personalities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life quickly and efficiently
  • Support brand integrations and sponsorship executions across owned IP, ensuring seamless and engaging integration into content
  • Contribute to client work on an as-needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned
