Our team: The marketing team is responsible for growing and increasing the Bombardier brand within Quebec, Canada and around the world through market research activities, advertising campaigns and world-class events to promote the company as a whole. Your role: The Creative Producer is a core role within the Brand Studio. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering creative production projects—primarily video—from pre-production through post-production. While the role collaborates closely with internal partners, all creative execution, production governance, and brand alignment are owned by the Brand Studio.

Requirements

  • You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in video or creative production environments.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You possess a solid understanding of creative and video production workflows.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
  • You have a detail‑oriented approach with strong follow‑through.
  • You have a collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • You are familiar with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • You are bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage creative production projects from pre‑production to final delivery
  • Define scope with stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and production requirements
  • Coordinate shoots, logistics, external vendors, and required documentation
  • Manage production partners, estimates, mandates, and deliverables
  • Act as the primary production point of contact for Brand Studio projects
  • Coordinate post‑production workflows, reviews, and approvals
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and technical standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and approvals
  • Support cost‑avoidance initiatives and master the Asana workflow process
